Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate.
Listings should include:
- Correct book title and relevant edition information.
- Accurate condition.
- Correct price.
- Relevant information about missing pages, markings or damage.
Sashroyi may review, restrict or remove listings that violate platform rules or applicable law.
6. Orders and Payments
Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery is offered where available. Online payment is not available yet.
Orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
Customers should review their order details before submitting an order.
Payment verification and order confirmation are governed by the payment and order processes implemented on the platform.
7. Delivery
Physical books are delivered through courier services.
Delivery availability, charges and estimated times may vary by destination and courier service.
Sashroyi will communicate relevant delivery information through the available order process.
8. Returns and Refunds
